What the Site is. SortMyStack publishes software comparisons, buyer guides, calculators and a tool finder for people running small businesses. The content is editorial opinion based on publicly available pricing and features, verified on the date shown on each page. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a guarantee that any product will suit your business.

Prices and features change. Vendors change their plans without notice. Every page states when its facts were verified. Confirm the current price and terms on the vendor’s own site before you buy. We are not responsible for differences between what we published and what a vendor charges.

Affiliate links. Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you buy through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are made on the criteria stated on each page, not on commission, and the advertising disclosure explains how that works. Your purchase is a contract between you and the vendor, governed by the vendor’s terms.

Your use of the Site. You may read, link to and share our pages. You may not copy our content for republication, scrape the Site, use it to train models, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. Calculator and finder results are estimates based on the inputs you give and the data we hold.

Accounts and email. If you give us an email address you may unsubscribe at any time with the link in every message. See the privacy policy for what we collect and why.

Intellectual property. The Site’s text, structure and design belong to SortMyStack. Vendor names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.

No warranty; limitation of liability. The Site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including decisions to buy or not buy software.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
