SortMyStack is a free software-discovery site for people who run small businesses: ecommerce sellers, agencies, creators, coaches, freelancers and local service businesses. Visitors answer five questions in the Tool Finder and get a ranked recommendation with the reasons, or compare tools side by side on verified pricing.
What we publish
- 37 tool profiles across 15 categories: CRM, email marketing, ecommerce, marketing and funnels, automation, sales, content creation, AI video, website building, forms and surveys, work management, customer support, scheduling, productivity, AI tools.
- 47 decision pages: head-to-head comparisons, alternatives lists, best-of guides and how-to guides. Every page names who should not buy the tool as well as who should.
- Free tools: the Tool Finder, the Stack Builder and ROI calculators.
- Short-form video on youtube, tiktok, instagram that sends viewers to those pages.
How tools get covered
Every profile is built from the vendor's own pricing page, with the date we checked it. Ratings use the criteria on our how we rate page and are recorded before affiliate status is considered. Commissions never change a rating, a ranking or a verdict, and we say so on every page. Full details: advertising disclosure.
Working with us
- Affiliate programs. We prefer recurring revenue share. We promote only tools that already have a profile on this site, so the fastest way to get live is to send a product brief, a pricing-page link and your program terms.
- Vendors. Corrections to pricing or features are welcome and are applied with a new verification date. We do not sell placements, rankings or reviews.
- Where links live. Affiliate links appear only on sortmystack.com. They are never placed in video captions, comments or ads.
Audience
The site launched in September 2026. Traffic is small and growing; we report real numbers on request rather than estimates. Audience is primarily North America, English-speaking, small businesses with 1 to 100 employees.
